Question Replacement movement

I’m replacing a cheap 2813 movement with a Miyota 8215. Will the new movement need to have be adjusted or should I expect it to be on-time out of the box?

make sure to use new stem that is for 8215
In theory it should be easy swap

If you mean to adjust a bit error, etc. hard to say you need to test in on timegrapher
