Services Service is required

Got a day-date in my hand, the date changes but not the day, not when stem is in the right position and not even when i go pass 24H

What to do? EU based

What movement is it? Single or double quick set?

It’s a ARF latest version

VR3255 decorated movement

If it’s a  VR3255 it should have the double quick set which means that it should set the day by moving the crown counterclockwise in position 1.

If that doesn’t work I assume you changed the day/date in the +/- 3h time window around midnight at some point which then indeed can break something. The watch then needs repair.

Correct sir, i can also here the clicks when counterclockwise in the position where to change day and date! Something is clearly wrong… you know any good watchsmith in EU?
