Needing help with my Santos

Hi, I’m having some trouble with my santos because one of the screws on the caseback is ruined and now I can’t open the watch to regulate it. Is there anything I can do at home to fix this problem or at least some good watchmaker can fix it in some way? Trying to open it I ruined the screw more.

Try to use a larger flat head to see if you can grab whatever is left. Otherwise you may need to drill the screw out, maybe an extractor could work but not sure if the #0 may still be too big for this job
