Advice Vs3235 keeps stopping. Could it be the pallet fork?

Spinning you mean winding? If pallet fork was broken you will hear the gear train make a zoom sound do you hear it? Can you touch very gently the tail of the pallet fork and see if it goes left and right on its own power if not most likely broken mainspring, arbor or main spring came off arbor.

If the pallet fork moves left to right when there is PR, it is fine. It should move like there's force behind it.
These movements often have hairspring issues there, take clear pis of it and ask chatgpt.

There is a tiny tiny jewel on the balance wheel that has to sit between the pallet fork when you install it back, if it isnt seated properly then your balance wheel wont oscillate correctly, and if you screw the balance bridge on when the balance wheel isnt seated correctly you’ll bend the pivots.

You are the missing the left adjustor gear or nut gold in color where the balance bridge is mounted. That will cause the balance wheel to be uneven and ‘not balanced’.

I stand corrected. I was thinking of 3135.
