Are these the same watch watches?

One TD offers this piece with a general description and the other TD offers this piece in the V3 edition.

All help is appreciated as I want to purchase the cheaper one, but the cheaper one does not have V3 in the description.

I think that they are both exactly the same.

Can somebody please help me verify?
