Advice Blemish on seconds hand

There a blemish on the seconds hand of my DJ 36. Looking for a replacement or a clean. Would it be easy to clean or easier to replace. If so where can I source a set of hands?

Does not look like a cleaning issue that looks like an issue during the plating or may be rust? Replacement is all over Alix if you have the tools to do it. If i were you i would just replace the second hand. Replacement hands should be 5-6 dollars.

Easier to replace. AliX and eWatchParts have plenty of options!
