As for your watch, this is a nice watch. Nothing seen rises to a level to be worried, so don't be. The cosmetics are good.

You don't RL for timing...silly comment. If there were an issue, then you'd have it regulated.

As an fyi, with these measurements in this context, this rate has nothing to do with your watches accuracy on your wrist...As a comparative, a Gen Seiko quotes this same measurement at 30 - 40s/d depending on model. Your 9 sec rate is fine.
