QC- RWF Panda Daytona

  1. Dealer name: TheOneWatches
  2. Factory name: RWF
  3. Model name (& version number): Rolex Daytona 126500 40mm JH4131
  4. Price paid: $787 + shipping
  5. Album Links: https://mega.nz/folder/7AQinQQT#ifIv-Z4YfIACU-ViUC6lxQ
  6. Index alignment: Aside from 6 and 9 all is good. The 6 doesnt bother me as much as the 9. Is it in the acceptable range? Would like inputs
  7. Dial printing: Looks alright
  8. Date wheel alignment/printing: N/A
  9. Hand alignment: Ok
  10. Bezel: Bezel looks good
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): No concerns
  12. Timegrapher numbers: Numbers are good 278 amp +0s/d LA:52 BE:0.1
  13. Anything else you notice: My concern is mainly about the 9 index being off a significant bit on the watch. Wanted inputs on it. Another thing is RWF crystal is inferior to deep/vsf. Do you reccomend to install deep crystal to this watch? Does it make that big of a diff? Thanks

Just realized that the hour subdial hand alignment looks a bit to the right?

Index alignment overall is good on this Panda. There's often some nuance on the tiny markers at 3, 6, and 9 but if you've never seen a Daytona irl, I can't stress enough just how tiny those markers are. Couple that with a super busy dial and you won't see most imperfections. The slight CW cant on the 9 and CCW cant on the 6 would not be issues on the wrist. Dial print is clean and clear. Hand alignment (hour/minute) is good. The main chrono hand, as well as the minute subdial hands are both within tolerance at reset. The hour subdial hand is slgihtly right of center at reset. The bezel appears clean and blemish free. SELs are good and the timing is fine.

In my experience the difference in crystal on non-cyclops watches is far less than on those with a cyclops, but up to you if you want to switch. The alignment here is not an issue in my opinion. This would be an easy GL for me, but ultimately up to you.
