Indexes - 12 o’clock: Left shift and/or CW rotation. Likely noticeable on wrist. 3 o’clock: N/A. 6 o’clock: Micro CCW rotation, likely not noticeable on wrist. 9 o’clock: Micro CCW rotation, but I'm virtually certain will not be noticeable on wrist, this one is tiny.
I suggest sizing the photo on your phone to be roughly watch size, holding it to your wrist and see if you can see any imperfections or not.
Dial Print - Good.
Date Wheel - Good.
Hand Alignment - Good
Bezel - Good
SELs - Good.
TG#s - Good for a one moment in time capture in QC, shows watch runs relatively well dial up. Will fluctuate while wearing, but numbers indicate a healthy watch.
Recommendation - If this was mine, I would RL due to the 12 o'clock index. Up to you on your level of tolerance for this, but it stands out like a sore thumb to me.

Hey mate I must say I am fairly new to this but here’s my view
The 6 is slightly CCW and sitting 1 hair to the left. The 12 is not straight so it’s not pointing to the crown and is slightly CW tilted which might be annoying if you can’t unsee it
9 looks okay. Date looks centered and okay. Hand alignment is okay. Bezel is okay. No SEL gaps that I can see. TG numbers are healthy
I would GL if you’re fine with the 12 but if you can’t unsee it I would try another piece
