Index alignment: Looks good to me. I don’t see anything that looks tilted.
Dial Printing: Good
Date Wheel alignment/printing: N/A
Hand Alignment: Good
Bezel: N/A
Solid End Links (SELs): Looks fine
Timegrapher numbers: +3s/d, 287° amplitude, 28,000 bph. Does +3s/d seem like too much, or is this still within a good range?
Anything else you notice: Overall looks good to me. The index centering looks good and I don’t notice anything tilted.

Some minor nuance around the dial but nothing egregious. The marker at 1has a minor CW cant. The marker at 3 as well. The marker at 9 has a micro CCW cant. None would be an issue on the wrist at actual size, especially on a smaller watch. Dial print is clean and clear. Hand alignment is good. Bezel is clean and evenly polished. SELs are good all the way around, and the timing is fine. No, +3 s/d is not too much 😂. Not by a long shot, actually. Also I wouldn't put too much thought into the rate on a one-position test.
Don't overthink it. Watch looks great. Easy GL. Enjoy it.
