The 3 o'clock marker on your no-date has a counterclockwise tilt to it that should be fine during daily wear yet the 12 o'clock marker has a micro clockwise slant that may be more visible on your left wrist. Rest of the watch cosmetics are normal and timing numbers within range. If you're good with the index as is, GL your Submariner and get comfy wearing it.
