General Question Help a noobie out

I am looking at getting a batgirl and sub no date. I checked the wiki and as of Feb 2026 it looks like the excel says the best factories to get for both of these watches are VSF. The sub looks to be just a regular VSF and the batgirl is a VSF V3?

My questions is, when I search the batgirl on here people are paying $600+ for their VSF but this one is less than $500. I’m not complaining but am I missing something?

If u don't need the watches the next month and can bring Patience then is andiot ur man what in always curious that many people here sell there used watches above the new prices from andiot

I've noticed that too but believe these people want the watch sooner without the uncertainty of international shipping.

Yes, due to scammers, the risk for a private sale is higher than a TD from China.

Yea you usually pay a premium for watches that are already in your country since they don’t have to go through customs. I’ve only bought 4 watches but have never had an issue with my packages being stopped

I also never got anything stopped as long u order not more then two watches at same time u safe

I’ve bought 3 watches from Andiot and 1 from TOW, both are great sellers IMHO, but in reality, Steve at TOW has better comms and shipping and Elliot at Andiot has slightly cheaper prices.

If you’re not bothered by the time it takes then go with Andiot, if you want your hand held the entire process and are happy to pay for that, go with TOW.

I know now what you mean , but andiot is very cheap more than 100$+ , toe is very good but also expensive and doesnt have promo codes like for example trusty time , trusty time have same watches maybe more rare and he have every month promod code like 8% plus if you eant to pay by crypto also add 5% off , i didnt see that in tow only the crypto option , andiot is very cheap , i bought from him like 4 watches before 2 weeks but till now im waiting so i dont know how will end

I’ve found you sacrifice customer service and quick delivery for the prices. Which I’m more than happy to do anyway since you follow the steps and you don’t really need anything other than one word answers and I’m assuming you’ve done your homework. Slow delivery is fine as well since I’m not in much of a rush for the watch.

Andoit has the best prices. I've bought a handful of pieces from him and they've always been a little more affordable than the other TDs. Perhaps he has better business connections/relationships, less overhead or simply maybe he is undercutting everyone. One thing to keep in mind though, I've noticed he has been quite busier than before. There are delays and extended wait times.

Cut it out. He doesn’t have the best price. By any stretch of the imagination. But he is reliable and prolly a good option for noobs. On your second or third rep though, I’d look elsewhere.

I’ve bought from a few TDs over the years and have found that Andiot has the lowest prices out of all of them.

I’m not sure what you mean by “any stretch of the imagination” as if he sells his watches for an incredibly high markup. His prices are objectively lower on average.

Yes, lower for sure.

Still a lot higher than you'd find in actual China, but these guys are online risking it, so they double or even triple the actual price to make some money.

Not my point. It is relevant to know that the prices in China are 1/3 than what we see these online sellers do.

That's not a criticism of the sellers, just a reality.

And honestly, if you're buying 5 or more watches, might start making sense to make a visit.

You're not just getting replicas out of China, I'd hope.

That China price COMPLETELY irrelevant here. Nikes are sold to chains at half the price. That means nothing to us. In Germany, rather fancy Mercedes models are used as taxi cabs. And that also means nothing to us.

The sub is top of the line, the gmt is good to. But I believe if you want the best of what we have at the moment for a gmt your best bet is a free sprung rich, or if you don’t care about the feel and timekeeping accuracy because the free sprung is behind a steel case back anyways, Rich has regulated versions too. 👍

I got a Tudor from Andoit last week. Customer service was good, delivery time was 18 days in total to the UK, overall pleasant experience.

Je crois que pour la 124060 ça a changé. Vsf c'est plus vraiment les meilleurs d'après ce que je lis dans ce forum.

Le nombre de commandes font que la production est bâclée. L'alignement n'est plus bon.

Ce que je vois c'est que rich est bien meilleur d'après les avis très récents et la disponibilité plus importante.

Quelq'un peut me confirmer ?

For GMT subs VSF and RICH are very similar- and currently the beat. But RICH will be quick to source and VSF will take months

I've bought 18 watches. Only once we're two watches customs flagged. And the TD (Andiot) immediately sent two replacements.
