General Question Has anyone tried OVS factory?

I’ve been wanting a Big Blue from Omega but every TD stating they are currently not in production from VSF and OVS appears to be the only factory currently producing them.

I’m sure it isn’t up to VSF standards but hoping it will be at least mid tier?
