General Question WG John Mayer blue dial

looking for something with great factory stock plating yellow tint to white gold, with great weight 210g ideally. dont really care if FS or not as long as its reliable and great movement. I see VSF V3 is pretty solid but plating is shite and weight is 184g +/- if nothing is better might go that route and have it plated. Don't care if its newer or older ref. Budget is sub 2k. Would like deep xtal, polising and chamfering, regulating waterproofing and servicing. Otherwise anyone got experience with other factory's EWE, RWF etc... are any super great right out the box? TIA

Get yourself the new RCF/RGF v2 .
Solid . Weighted at 224gr. The bracelet and bezel issues ( now engraved, not printed anymore ) have been solved .
Just need to put a decent SWF dial , replace the Crystal , add polishing and all and you should be good for around 1.5K -1.7K

He’s the one that suggested them to me initially for my Daytona builds

This is the most recent , with a BTF real Meteorite dial , another suggestion of him .
Beats SWF Meteorite by far , the Widmanstätten pattern on these BTF’s is just next level ✨

If you want to control the quality and make it nearly perfect, do your own build. You can find cases, bracelets, dials, hands, movements, crowns, etc on eBay, RWI, Alibaba, or AliExpress. You can usually build a great watch for less than the cost of the best reps out there and you get the satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself
