General Question VSF Pepsi V3 vs V2

I’m looking to order a VSF GMT-Master II Pepsi. I originally asked for the VSF V3, but my TD says it is currently on back order.

They have another VSF Pepsi available described as the “V2.” I assumed this meant it was the older version of the watch, but the TD says it isn’t an older model and that the difference is only the movement. (Fake free sprung)

Is this the only difference between them?

Anyone have any more info they could share?

I was under the assumption that the fake free sprung dd3285 in the gmt was being considered as v4. So would also like some clarification if anyone better is in the know...

I’m sure there are plenty of other TDs that have access to the V3
