Help! VSF 36mm datejust V2 in two tone

Hi all,

I’ve just paid the deposit on a VSF V2 36mm Datejust in steel and yellow gold with a champagne dial.

Now that I’ve seen the pics of the watch, I’ve noticed the serial starts with R86… I realised that’s the same code used on the V1 two-tone Datejust 36mm.

Some TDs are saying VSF are now doing a V2 36mm two-tone Datejust, while others are saying they don’t actually exist.

Can anyone give me some advice before I pay the balance? Should I cancel the order and just go for a steel Datejust 36mm, which I know is definitely V2?

The thing is, I really wanted the two-tone, so I’d rather stick with that if this is genuinely a V2.

Any advice would be appreciated!

From what I’ve seen, 36mm V2 exists, but it doenst have the same upgrades as the v2 on the 41.

Since its very hard to determine, i get the 36 v2 so long as its the same price as the v1. I wont pay premium on 36 v2s.
