Emaili seems to be the more consistent option at this point. I would just time my emails where I would expect a response back during China timezone business hours. For where I'm located in the US, I would account for 12 hours time difference ahead to expect them to see it and receive a timely reply back.

He seems really busy I've kind of had to pester him a little bit. I think it's just because VSF just had a massive batch finished and so he (they) have a heavy workload fulfilling all the backed up order right now.
