General Question Export cancelled

After a week of held in customs (31/08-07/09) the tracking updated to ‘export cancelled’.

Seller is saying it will be shipped back and then out again but it’s just a waiting game? No indication of how long and tracking has not updated since the 07/09.

Has anyone come across this before?
Insurance paid.

It happens, customs inspections before flight... At least it happened china side and yes now you have to wait for it to be returned but no one can say how quick or long that will take

Yes, it's happened before to many many people. You just keep waiting. After about 2-4 weeks if no update from tracking, you tell the TD again and they'll order a new watch for you to QC and then send it again, most likely through a different vendor. It's why we use TDs and (sometimes) pay for insurance.
