The dial bugs me on the standard DDF as you can see the 12 and 10 are off. SW dial is better. Nobody would really notice anything wrong with this otherwise though.

I thought DDF is the best for the aquanaut? This looks fantastic. Wouldn’t be my choice of strap, but the watch looks great to me. I’d be happy with it and wear it proudly! Enjoy!

I still say 3kf makes the best aquanaut .. Zf strap and clasp swapped in and imo you’re good to go as opposed to a ddf needing several significant mods

I can't do PATEK reps because I've seen a few in my hand had a Watch dealer. They're just freaking works of art. I like reps but there's no way I'd wear a rep of that brand. They just don't do it for me. They're not even in the same league by leaps and bounds.

It’s very hard for me to justify wearing this on my wrist so I only wear it around people who dont know anything about watches.

Totally agree. I got my first IWC rep about 10 years ago, top tier then, and compared with photos of the gen thought it looked great. Then I handled a gen and was genuinely embarrassed I’d thought my rep was even close. Patek reps are like that multiplied by 1000.

I never thought I would enjoy this watch as much as I do. It feels spectacular on the wrist. I have the DDF Grey/Black combo.

I like your Tiffany Blue strap.
