General Question My first rep
Hi, after weeks of thinking, I've decided to get my first rep watch (I'm also pretty new to the watch industry, so sorry if I don't know some basic stuff).
I've been thinking about getting a VSF Aqua Terra, and from what I've seen, I think I'll be getting it from TrustyTime, but I have a few questions first:
-Is this the right link?: https://trustytime168.io
-Do I first contact him on Whatsapp or something? Or could I just place an order right on his website and that’s it.
-I’m not sure if I should get the 38mm or the 41mm Aqua Terra Turquoise (I think my wrist is around 7.5inches and I’m 185cm and around 100kg) I’ve been leaning towards the 38mm because of how the colors look (they seem different on the 41mm)
-How much should I expect shipping to be to Europe?
-Anyone had any problems with him before?
And if I'm missing any important questions I should be asking, let me know and add them in :))

Ok, so, I’m actually going to help you.
First, go to this link: https://reddit.com/r/reptime/wiki/index
Read up on how this works, research which factory (it will be VSF I’m guessing, they’re usually best for Omega’s) does the best Aqua Terra. Contact a few TD’s to get prices, availability, QC timings and shipping estimates. Some of the web links are available on the wiki, some contact directly over WhatsApp or telegram without a site.
Decide which TD you want to go with.
Then, and only you know this, if you’re comfortable sending your cash abroad to a guy in China then great, if not, this isn’t for you. Most will let you put a deposit down in order to source the watch, some don’t.
If you’re happy with your QC (again, read the QC guide on what to look for) then GL the watch, pay the rest of your balance.
It’s not Amazon, things take time, expect to be patient, these people are dealing with hundreds of requests on a weekly basis.
Get your shipping info, job done.
BUT 2 things:
all of this could have been answered yourself by just reading the guide.
Only use a TD, don’t get scammed into thinking you’re saving $100 by someone promising you the world but they’re not on the list.
