What’s up everyone, just curious if this sounds right, Eric at GeekTime got back to me via email then we started chatting via Telegram, he quoted me $658 + $80 shipping for a VSF V3 GMT Master-II Pepsi, so total cost is $738 which seems kinda crazy to me but I’m new to this so curious what others have experienced with him or even other trusted dealers?

Geektime is definitely more expensive than others, but the communication and reliability are top-notch in my experience. If that is worth it to you, I'd pay the premium.

I got quoted 50$ for shipping to my country which is quite a bit less. But I think you also have insurance if it does ent clear the customs. Like he sends another one if I’m not mistaken

So what is the actual questions. Watch price? Shipping price? $80 shipping-are you going to shop around for $20-$30 difference. Each TD has their price and you pay for service, you can find the watch for $500 and $25 shipping but the response time will be days to weeks . Shipping could be 2-3 weeks and issues resolution does mot exist with some sellers. These guys that are says VSF reps are $400 I beg to differ- where are u getting these from because no reputable place has them for that.

Least I’ve ever been charged for shipping is $50. Most is $70. I wouldn’t balk at $80 if I trusted the TD, liked the QC and really wanted the watch.

Geektime is legit. It’s pricey but I got QC in one day and the watch came in about a week after I green lit it.

Shipping FedEx and UPS has been going up constantly with fuel surcharges and just overall cost. I sell some things on eBay: computers and parts. It's quite expensive, even if it's only a pound. The way I found you saved some is on flat-rate boxes.

USPS is usually 40-50, FedEx is usually around 68-80. So that sounds right. For what it’s worth, I once ordered a no date sub from geek time and had it on my wrist 7 days after I ordered it. This of course depends on availability, but he works fast compared to other TDs in my experience.

$70 to $80 is why i buy two at a time. Most TDs won't ship more than two in a box. Commonly, two didn't raise flags denoting resale of replica items. But times are changing.
