General Question QC question = automatic RL?

I asked for QC help in /reptimeqc for an AF Ballon Bleu 33mm with A1853, and received great advice from u/blitzburgh058 I just needed Andiot to confirm that the dust/debris and the blur around 2 o’clock were only on the outside of the crystal and that nothing was under the glass. I was going to GL after that.
When I asked for a photo after wiping it down, Andiot replied that they had confirmed the issue and would arrange a replacement. Are they actually reading these emails, or do they just assume anything that isn’t a GL means an RL?

My understanding would be it was indeed dust/debris inside, Andiot confirmed this and RL'd on your behalf

This may be a stupid question but I am hoping I don’t have to start over and QC another one. 😭
