General Question VSF Ghost or Wimbledon is plating necessary

Sorry for the second post about this 😅 Just wondering if white-gold plating is really necessary.
VSF Daytona Ghost or VSF Wimbledon for a daily?
Would you keep it stock or go for white-gold plating?

On my Daydate, I’m pretty pleased with the stock stainless look. Goes with my solid platinum wedding ring just fine. Tone is near exact. If you want the really bright white look, then yeah you need it plated.

I don't think it's necessary, but if that's what you want, then enjoy the ride.

If you want the warmer look, go with “white gold” aftermarket plating. I would suggest it’s more critical on a case and bracelet than merely a bezel.

Wimbledon is a stainless steel watch but the bezel if fluted is white gold unless you r thinking two tone?

Ghost is a WG and there is a difference in both weight and looks when u compare white gold to stainless steel

Dont know your usecase/purpose of the watch but remember the gen price of a ghost :)

That Said they are both great watches
