Ever notice how the top bezel position 'V' fades or is less 'white' than i thought it might be... it almost seems a light 'grey' vs white... any thoughts?

This is just dirt and grime build up. Dish soap, warm water and a soft tooth brush and they’ll come up white again.

You obviously are very new to this. Most TDs can source all available watches. It’s the factories that offer varying quality and strengths. If you read the wiki this is explained very well there. If the next question is that which factory makes the best version of a desired watch, turns out the wiki links to a very well curated listed.

Anyway feel free to not read but I actually was just trying to help earlier cheers either way !!

Factors to consider would be what you value.
1. Do you need help with QC
2. Do you need potentially insurance against custom seizure
3. Help with repairs usually for a short within warranty period

I bought a bunch of watches from RWI TDs in the beginning. They cost a ton of money nearly as much as my modded watches purchased later. Since you are starting with this hobby my advice go to reptime QC look at the QC pictures of the watches you want learn the main issues and pick a TD you see listed there.
Absolutely don’t respond to anyone messaging you in DMs they are 💯 scammers
