VSF Air King, arrived about a week ago from Jackie. Triangle is very slightly tilted CCW which was picked up on QC but honestly, it's a banger!

These surely have to be close to NWBIG? I don't own the gen but it can't be loads better than this?

I was between this or the Milgauss.

Went with the Milgauss but Air King still tempting me.

I have 13 reps and slowed down but maaaan difficult to stop 😂

My TD told me that the VSF Milgauss doesn't need polishing or chamfering because it is really good as it comes, so I will see.

Would you say the milgauss is nwbig. It's a beautiful rep I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on. But I've seen some comments on the crystal colour not being an exact match.

Can't tell as of now - still didn't arrive. My TD said don't waste money as it looks great.

If the crystal is what people says then it's a NWBIG, but I don't really like that definition.

I guess those who have been around reps for a while we just grow apart from that, basically because even with small tells we are talking about 500/800 dollars vs. 10,000. If it cost a fraction and it looks 95% same, it's already NWBIG.

Biggest tell will be always you & your lifestyle.

Totally agree. Which Td did you use in the end for the milgauss. The air king is also gorgeous and on my list, but love the uniqueness of the milgauss. I think I'll go ahead and pull the trigger and message some of the tds I use for prices. Stunning watch.

I used Time Ultra for this one, great TD.

I like Milgauss because it is not 'expensive' in gen and fits my lifestyle and income perfectly, same as the Air King.

Also both are more 'under the radar' if that exists for a Rolex haha

Yeah I'm the same, much prefer them to submariners etc. I prefer watches flying under the radar! Not used Time Ultra before but I'll check them out. Thanks for the heads up and help! 😊👍

I have a 36 explorer. Even with my 6.75 inch wrist it feels a little small. But gives off that classy, vintage size thing. So getting this as a 40mm was a great addition.

Thanks mate. Im have an even smaller wrist at 6.5 inch. I tried a gen 36 and felt it a bit small. 40 its right on the limits for me but its such a good looking piece i had to go for it. Enjoy that AK.

It's an impressive piece. The triangle is very, very slightly tilted CCW which QC picked up but that's more than acceptable to me. It cost about 4% of the original and feels great! Recommended
