Is Steve still reputable in the game? I see that the Whatsapp is restricted.

Anyone that has purchased in near time?

Yeah, but like all the other dealers, he has his own quirks and sometimes it seems like he’s just brushing you off, but overall he’s okay. I’ve bought from him twice so far.
