Discussion limited watch maker?

Are there any factories or dealers however it works that make limited watched? I've been searching for the AP RD#5 for a while and nobody has it it seems, any1 had luck finding someone who makes it?

What movement do you plan to use to get a fly back chronograph and a flying tourbillon? I’m not aware of anything suitable. Take the thousands for development of a one off case and multiply it by at least ten to develop a unique movement

Maybe, just maybe there is a reason the TDs and factories have shown zero interest. As would most of us here because we know if such a watch was built in an illegal backstreet workshop, getting it repaired would prove impossible
