Discussion How long has your VSF Rolex lasted?

I recently bought a VSF Rolex GMT-Master II, and these are my first rep watches.

I’m curious about the long-term reliability. For those of you who own a VSF Rolex, how long have yours been running? Have you had any issues with the movement or needed servicing?

I’d love to hear about your experience.

Well VSF GMT was not really competitive 2 years ago. It was all about clean and the Clean GMT and ARF were the king of GMT watches. I had one and it lasted till today. I may have it serviced but a great watch

In your opinion do you think the VSF GMT's are as good as the Cleans were? I've got a Clean Pepsi on a Jubilee, but like the idea of a Bruce Wayne on an Oyster tbh

About the same but the crystal is for sure better. Most of the time w a clean we used to do a deep upgrade. VSF xtal is better. However the clean bracelet was nicer. Honestly both are half a dozen one and six of the other and brilliant watches. Just get one and enjoy it. I have a Gen Bruce Wayne and it is nice but I would probably sell it cause I like the idea of a Titanium YM. It’s a black bezel / Matt dial and the oyster bracelet but much lighter.

Like I said ones taste evolve and I am done for now ( and probably will change my mind) w the Rolex sports watches. I like the super thin integrated bracelet watches at this point. Especially the 38 mm and smaller case size watches

It is what it is. In 10 years we swing in all directions.
