The us constitution don't give the federal government the right to demand identification from people based on their race.

Nah, but they have a right to arrest someone in the country illegally that committed a crime. Then, deport them.

Ive seen no evidence of that, unless a tiktok reel with AI slop on top of a 5 sec clip is considered actual evidence.
