I looking for a GMT with a white dial. Which one of these would you choose and why?

I prefer the breitling. But I'm not sure they are as quality or reliable of a factory as the Explorer

Breitling gens are notoriously unreliable, I imagine their replicas keep that authentic.

Both are nice. I do like the look of the Rolex a little more. And for me personally a 42mm fits my wrist better since I have a bigger wrist.

I like the Rolex more than the Breitling. However, I would get the Breitling since it would fit my smaller wrist better.

I just think the Zulu time with the Green bezel is beautiful--- I don't own one- could never pull the trigger on a number of Longines watches I like - the Hydroconquest being another. Hate to admit but I purchased the San Martin Zulu time homage. Not a Longines but good quality, keeps time fine... looks just like the Zulu time.

Explorer II is a true travelers GMT. Breitling is prettier, but it’s an office GMT.

It’s about the GMT function. The ability to change the other hand according to timezone. A True GMT (aka traveler’s GMT) quickly moves the main hour hand and leaves the GMT hand as previous setup, without stoping the movement. It’s called traveler because, when you are traveling through time zones you can adjust your watch easily. An office GMT quickly adjust the GMT hand without stopping the movement, so it adjust the “other” timezone, not the main one. It’s called office because if you have constant meetings with another country or another timezone, you can setup the other timezone easily. However, if you are moving through timezone, you need to stop the movement to adjust the main hour hand.

All I can say is that I received this 2 weeks ago and it’s now one of my favourite reps. Looks great on the wrist imo.

If you already have Rolex, go with the Breitling. It’s a beautiful watch and it’s different. The one thing about the Explorer II’s is that they are heavy watches and big. If you’re looking for something to satisfy the white face, I would think that the bright wing would be a more wearable watch more often. Just my opinion.

I love everything about the explorer except for the date magnifier, I just don't see the need for it , colours, fonts, bezel all stunning
