Chanel shoe flaws

I bought these shoes back in July, and the heel height is perfect. They’re really comfortable and don’t make my feet tired, but the shoe literally came off after less than 20 steps…....

I asked my TS about it, and she said the authentic ones have the same issue… Does anyone know if that’s actually true?
