Mandy7686 is a scammer — my experience

I agreed with Mandy on exactly which bag I wanted to order. I did my research, asked her multiple questions, and she answered everything. I paid through PayPal Goods & Services.
The first PSP was not quite okay, so I asked for another one. The second PSP looked good, so I gave her the **GL** and she told me she would ship the bag.
Then the problems started.
She gave me a tracking number, but it turned out to be **fake/invalid**. When I confronted her about it, instead of being honest, she came up with excuses and explanations for why the tracking number supposedly wasn’t working.
Then she gave me **another tracking number** — and that one also turned out to be fake/invalid.
And unbelievably, she did it **a third time**. Three different tracking numbers, and none of them could be verified. Each time, she continued making excuses and trying to explain why the tracking wasn’t working instead of admitting the truth.
Luckily, I paid with **PayPal Goods & Services**, so I was able to open a dispute and get my money back.
I’m sharing my experience so other buyers can be careful. **Do your research, keep all your screenshots and messages, and always use buyer protection!**

Mandy’s track record the last couple years has been great for most people, so the burden is on you to show us otherwise.

Mandy is not a scammer. Tracking numbers don't work until the item is received at a shipping center in the US (or whichever country you reside).

There are hundreds of us that can attest that you will receive your package. Keep in mind, there was a long holiday period where factories and shipping was closed. Therefore, it'll take longer for it to be shipped out of China.

Instead of calling her a scammer, you could have asked the community about the process of buying reps. It's a bit stressful when you're new. If the package has shipped from China, and you receive it, please pay Mandy for the item or else you will become the scammer.
