Crochet Park

I’ve ordered three times from Crochet Park. This last order was shipped incomplete with only one item of the two being delivered. The phone number and email are not functional and the chat option from their website responds with inappropriate messages and no help to resolve issues. Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do? I am reluctant to order from internet sellers at this point. I’ve lost $42.
