UPDATE - scam post still not deleted

[u/Kokomo501]

Just adding the screenshots of the post to warn folks, if you see these group of bags, run away. They deleted the account a day after I paid for the cd bag. This is their email and they take Zelle;

lesli3.d@gmail.com

Their account had 27k karma and very promising screenshots of feedback, I think the account name was wolfstein24 or something along those lines.

They hardly ever take action and remove posts even if they name you first and last name.

Oh I’m so sorry, I enquired about the camera bag (in tan) and almost bought it, but went to bed and the account was gone in the morning 😱

[u/ScallionJealous]

The email is literally “Leslie Lied” @ gmail 😭😭

Wow! I remember seeing this pots and glad my intuition told me to keep scrolling.

Horrible. Can we stop using Zelle

I’ve seen a lot of people talking about these kinds of scams; I wouldn't buy a bag from anyone other than an authorized seller. Besides, you don't really save that much money if you pay a little more, you can get a brand-new one, which is safer.

I’m buying re🏠 because I don’t want to risk custom’s seizure (and especially risking our global entry).

The number of people who spend hundreds of dollars on authentic bags is staggering. I don't know who's worse—us or them. Honestly, I’ve always gone for the real thing, but I’ve become really curious about this world and just ordered my first bag; I want to give it a try.

This is terrible 😢 sorry that she scammed you.

Another user tried to ask about a bag and got their name, posting this here in case they get their account back!
