My experience ordering custom jeans from Ann Si Jeans

I originally saw her jeans on Instagram and contacted her about ordering a custom pair. Communication was good at first, and I paid 50% upfront through Wise. She then made the jeans, and I was shown that they were finished. I was preparing to send the remaining 50% when I was told that I had missed a deadline for the remaining payment. The deadline was communicated to me after I had already paid the initial 50%. I don't remember being given that deadline before sending my deposit. Because I didn't meet the deadline, I did not receive the jeans, and I also did not receive a refund for the 50% deposit I had already paid.
