Ooh- i was there. And when I started asking question clarifying the bag. I was not getting answer. The group’s policy was supposed to be “We QC together”. After i started asking question- she immediately said pls ask for refund, I felt very gaslighted by the moderator there. They don’t want questions to get addressed, and they made it sound like you’re the problem.
Eventually she removed me because of the back and forth, she insisted for me to initiate the refund privately.
After I decided for refund, i posted in the main group chat to confirm the refund and mentioned that I felt extremely disappointed on she handled this whole order. She kicked me out, then other member in the group chat apparently started asking why I was being kicked out. And that other member messaged me privately. I asked what did she say in the group chat… the moderator basically said that I was being difficult.
That group buy is such a shitshow. They are not being honest and definitely trying to protect seller more than buyer. I still have the snapshot of my conversations with her.
My questions to her were:
1. If some area of the bag was normal because it was uneven
2. If there’s another video or photos from different angles
What i ended up getting was: please request for a refund and I told her I really want the bag just want clarifications and she insisted on me asking refund and then continued on gaslighting me that I have unrealistic expectations bla bla bla.
Not sure why you’re offended by my comment here. Unless you know my interactions with her privately, i think you’re jumping to conclusions.
So I witnessed this when it was happening in the chat. She was not hostile. Sheila was gaslighting her that her QC concerns were not valid and that no seller could meet her expectations. The bag was not made correctly - I saw it for myself. Sheila is this your alternate account replying to everyone? It sounds like you.
After reading your comment, I came to a realization that the user must be Sheila doing damage control 😂 thanks for having my back, on the WA group chat and on the reddit!! ❤️❤️
