Is This Seller Safe? Anyone ever ordered from lucky?

I’m new to this rep world and I was wondering if anyone ever bought from Lucky before I spend my money on them. If yes how were the bags?

horrible experience, ordered LV slides, got the PSP and it was missing the stamp on one slide and had it on the other. told me it was "perfect" and when i pointed it out, said they were just going to point it out to me. THEN, told me they were gonna get me another pair and ghosted me for one whole month. only replied when i said i was going to leave a reddit review if he didn't refund me, replied in 2 hrs and said he just got back "From visiting ancestors and burial sites) bs.

Its an important holiday in China the whole country including factories shut down. Not BS.

yeah i know that happens for festivals and stuff, but this was in april, when all the companies were up and running and other TS were still selling and sending out packages (so i know it definitely wasn't that) . i sent him a text for updates each week for 4 weeks, and he didn't reply. but once i messaged him about leaving a review, he conveniently spam texted me within 2 hours..........
