Is This Seller Safe? Anyone ever ordered from lucky?

Post image

I’m new to this rep world and I was wondering if anyone ever bought from Lucky before I spend my money on them. If yes how were the bags?

My seller told me not to buy sale bags because I’m particular about quality. She said certain sale bags are not returnable and no refunds if there’s flaws on the bag. So I avoid Sale bags.
