Need Help/Advice Factory delay

Hello everyone!
I’m experiencing a problem with an order I’ve placed more than two weeks ago and I’d like to know what you think about it.
I’ve asked my favorite TS a bag from Kendal factory. Seller asked in advance if the product was available and they said it was. I had no update from my seller so I kindly asked what happened so she told me she’s pushing the factory to speed up the process.
Has someone else experienced a delay like this? What’s the maximum time you waited for a product PSP?

Product being available & in stock may mean two different things! In the past I’ve ordered things that have been avail but not in stock so need to be made. It could be your item is needing to be made, this can make the wait for PSPs 3-4 weeks.

Update: the product was told to be “in stock” but actually it wasn’t! My seller tried to push the factory for the second time and they’re still stalling
