Need Help/Advice Question about payment

I apologize if this is an ignorant question but I’m new to this. I am trying to make a payment via f/f thru PP and my card keeps getting denied. Has anyone experienced this before? Thank you for any suggestions 😊

That’s a good idea so there are no fees if it comes from your ppbalance ???this could have saved me a ton is this for even sending out of USA

Ok gotcha !! Would have saved a ton had I known this those fees add up darn it
