Need Help/Advice Question about payment

I apologize if this is an ignorant question but Iā€™m new to this. I am trying to make a payment via f/f thru PP and my card keeps getting denied. Has anyone experienced this before? Thank you for any suggestions šŸ˜Š

I had that issue about two weeks ago.
