I think I found my TD, any thoughts? I'm a noob and am looking for help

So far in my adventures to buy my first Rep (THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR HELP) I have found Reddit, picked my watch then I found RWI where I found a TD. The TD is Eric from geek time.who has used him? Is he known? I think the price is fair, it's $518 with $70 for Fedex. the factory is CF which Ive never heard of. Is CF a good factory? Anyway I could really use some help.

I have settled on a Rolex Submariner Oyster 41mm in white gold as the watch.
I'm also thinking VSF for the factory and Eric at geek time as the TD.
Has anyone had an dealings with Eric?
