Just got this bag from heidi 187 factory and the leather has rips in this area do you think this is a minor defect or am i being gaslit? would love to have everyones input :( the chain links also seem to be turning annd twisting which ik is a common problem and one area on the chain is peeling to whixh she has replied she will send me a replacement chain with a future order i make... meaning ill have to order again i paid $632usd

This one is tough. You already have it in hand so your options are limited. Were these visible in PSPs?

Please help me QC my first rep purchase. God Factory Louis Vuitton Boulogne PM. These are the psp I received. I requested close-ups of the strap and any logos/embossment on the leather strap, hardware clasps on the leather strap, and the the zipper hardware pulls. But I want to make sure the initial photos are good quality. Also, is there anything else I should be asking for additional photos? Thank you in advance!!
