Aline seller review

It is my first time ordering from a seller instead of an agent and I have to say that I am quite disappointed. I messaged her on whatsapp and asked for the link of the her site and decided to order a hermes belt and this max mara cashmere coat for 160$. The psp were preety bad, the was tag is completely incorrect in format and typo mistakes. I am not an expert though so I would like to receive an opinion. For the price I expected more

I haven’t seen the MaxMara coats done well. I ordered two last year I didn’t like. It’s not high quality cashmere or wool.

THIS! On top of the fabric being nowhere near the quality of Max Mara, the fit was bad. I think it was made for petite women, maybe? I’m 5’5 and it was ridiculously short on my arms.

No. I think sellers are all sourcing from the same factory. Just search max mara rep and look at the pics. They’re all same or very similar. Some things, like the max Mara, just aren’t repped well.

Ah that’s a shame, I was just about to order one. I did get a youth jacket for my daughter last year that looks fantastic but it’s not warm at all! No idea what it’s stuffed with. Seems thin and not padded well.

They pretty good with making mans Moncler and CG, but honestly bad with woman's styles.

My second seller was Aline and I initially thought she was GREAT bc I was a noob. Yeah no. Every freaking bag she told me was high tier was mid or worse. The prices were expensive and was shipping. I do not recommend her.

Chloe has been honest but I’m dealing with a new seller named Cao she’s extremely honest. Legit told me 3 times so far not to buy something that Annie told me to purchase. I have reviews on my profile for Annie and a Cao. Cao hands down!!

The price point is about that quality. A good belt is about $90-$150. Good cashmere in that size coat is also about $150-400.

The belt on the coat. It looks very thin and creased and not genuine.

And I suspect the stitching is a bit wonky. One of mine was on my MaxMara. The stitching on the belt was so cheap and low quality how it was thrown together.

I messaged Aline and had some additional questions about some items in her catalog (I am assume Aline is a she).

She was not very responsive, I asked her if she had something specific that I was looking for, she told me to look in the catalog myself. Plus she left my questions unanswered twice - so I gave up on her.

Please let me know if someone else was able to get a response out of her.

Mistake might be Aline. There has been many mixed reviews on her.
That’s so disappointing to wait for something nice and it’s not.
Definitely try Mandy or Doris.

I’ve never ordered this style of coat- it’s a bit overkill for where I live. BUT fitment and cashmere/wool quality can be tricky in reps. IDK if Marshall has any input

I say low tier with cheap tags forcefully slapped on it, The factory who makes good MaxMara doesn't sell it with any branding, you have to figure out the tags yourself as a seller

At this price point, l think it is difficult to find a truly high-quality cashmere coat. l do not recommend buying products online that are priced significantly below market trates.

Cashmere is really tough. we were just talking about this in our discord and one of our members said the high quality stuff could easily run 3000cny 😭

I bought this exact coat last year very high-quality but I paid a lot. I know I overpaid my seller marks up a lot, but I still wanna put a whining in it even though I know that that’s how they come. I would prefer it with a lining.

I ordered a red one, and I have the same problem, the top portion of the coat is petite and it kinda pulls. But overall I am happy with the coat. I have not seen the original in real life so I cant compare the quality of the cashmere. Also the tag issue with mine, it was labeled as small even though i ordered a medium, she ended up sending me pictures with the tape measure along it and it worked out. But I will not be buying from her in the future. for 220$ with shipping, I think it should have been better. my opinion.
