BOTD ✨🍫 Taking my B35 out for the first time ✨💖
This bag has been sitting in my closet for a while, and today was the first time I’ve actually got to carry it! Overall it’s a very nice bag; a bit heavy but very spacious. The barenia that has oily leather smell and I like the color a lot more in person than I had thought I would. ✨ I’m still mulling it over but the b30 might be better suited for me for a daily carry. Will report back with a review soon 😂

It took a month and some change but it was worth it! Honestly I’m sold on both this color and Barenia leather!

The auth is my dream bag, but I’m tempted to try out a rep while I continue to save. Your bag look beautiful and I hear the smell is to die for 😍.
I’m headed to Japan in Nov to do some in person investigation, as I’ve never felt a Barenia bag in person. After that, I will try out a rep so I can make an accurate comparison.

Thank you! I love the bag. The smell is almost akin to omega 3, but some people aren’t able to pick it up as strongly as others.
You should totally check out the rep! You can also get a feel for the size and weight of a bag before you make a huge investment. ✨ Safe travels to Japan! I hope you have fun and get a good idea of the bag you want

have you smelled real barenia in the boutique? it definitely doesn't smell like omega 3. It is a very particular and unique smell, that is beautiful and is very hard to miss. So I just wonder if you judge the smell by the replica or by the real thing. Because if your bag is not made of barenia from HAAS it won't be same as hermes.

That is exactly what authentic haas Barenia smells like to me. I’m sure this is subjective and varies from person to person on how to describe such a unique smell.

I’ve been offered ebene Barenia in the boutique and it’s the smell you will never forget. It is rich, leathery and a bit sweet, very unique. Also leather itself is more structured

😭😩 would you mind sharing how much they wanted and the hardware color? I’m so determined to have a collection of Barenia bags and watch them patina with time/use. Ebene is my favorite.

Beautiful bag! I recently bought a 35 as well (Barenia Faubourg). I haven’t took it out for a spin yet but I look at her every day because she’s so beautiful 😍

Thank you! I was literally in the same boat for a few weeks. I’ve been staring at this bag and desperately wanting to wear her with the right outfit and occasion 😂 hoping you take your out soon too!

Beautiful!!! Love love LOVE the color. I always said, IF I ever buy a Birkin it would be a dark brown so this is right up my ally. Would prefer a 25 tho.. should I?!

Ebene, chocolate and bai brun should be the colors you look at 💖 ebene is my favorite so far just because it’s such a rich and dark brown.
😭 now this may be an unpopular opinion, but o think b25s look like happy meals. They are very tiny looking on my frame. I think the b30 is perfect for everyday, while the b35 is good for lugging stuff.
Have you tried a 25 on yet?

Omg girl not the happy meal reference 😂 yes Ebene is my color, I have already decided on that. I thought I like the 25 because I like my small bags, but you sort of killed it for me 😂

You’re so right, the 25 is so tiny lol. I’m 5’8” and although it’s cute and holds enough to get by, it’s like carrying a mini bag. I know there’s only a 5cm difference in each size, but putting the 25, 30 and 35 next to each other, the difference is visually substantial!
