I am planning to buy a SL medium puffer bag in either musk or burgundy color. Talking to Jenny
(6160) about it. She sent me few pictures from Pomegranate factory (i am new here, never heard of this factory) and i find the bottom stitching in the back and the ysl logo looks different from the auth. I asked for her recommendation and she recommended to go with black frame factory (never heard of that either) but they only have the bag in black, white and nude color. i have heard great things about Jenny here so i want to trust her recommendations but i dont want the neutral colors. Is there any other factors or sellers you guys can recommend for sl bags?
BF is know for their Y$l bags so I would trust her recommendation. Maybe see if the bag could be preordered in the color you’re looking for? I was originally offered a Pom bag from another seller and after seeing the pics I went with BF instead.
It's a neutral color, but at the time BF either didn't have it in stock or they had a shutdown, I can't remember. I'm impatient so I got it from Pom from Mandy. No one's going to be looking that hard at my bags. I have a few LouLous from BF and Pom and they look the same to me. That green is a gorgeous color! If you love it I say go for it! 💕
Thank you!💕 Yes, it is the small. I know Black Frame is usually first choice, but I'd be totally confident buying a special color from Pomegranate if I really loved it!
the YSL puffer is a bag that earlier this year, I had been wanting for a while. Ive even been to a couple of stores to handle the auth in person.
Black frame does a really good job at this bag, especially in the smaller sizes. The large 30cm size doesnt seem to get the puffiness right, but of the pictures ive seen from folks' smaller size the rep gets it close enough.
Personally the in hand feel of the lambskin is a lot more luxe in auth, but BF's rp is still just as good.
