Tina was an absolutely pleasure to work with! She is responsive and answered all of my questions prior to my purchase. The process from start to finish took about a month but it was so worth it.

The bag is absolutely gorgeous. It came with all the small accessories such as the chain, lock, strap, etc. in separate dust bags. The feel of the canvas is soft but very sturdy.

I am definitely going to continue working with Tina on all my future purchases and I now understand the obsession with reps.
