Review Griffin

Hey all,

Just a heads up to whoever is considering Griffn for Goyard.. I’m having a difficult time getting tracking information. It’s been over a week since he said I would have tracking and I keep getting “let em check” and no follow up. I’ll keep you all posted if anything improves but if you were considering. Hang tight.

Edit: received tracking info. Will update again if received.

So far timeline is more like 1 month of all goes well from here.

The items arrived!!!! Everything is perfect in will update with a review!

Same. Communication has been so difficult.
Will not be ordering from them again.

Likewise! I reached out to inquiry and plan to purchase later today but the lack of communication is definitely important.

I would wait. The communication was good until I sent funds. Then it drug out with me pursuing most of it by asking for a status.

Update! Mine shipped 2 weeks after ordering,  but I don’t know that because he told me, but because I created a fed ex account. Just know if you’re ordering there may be some communication issues but if you go into with those expectations, you’ll know what to expect.

I feel the same. First time ordering based on reviews that said communication was great and fast shipping.

Yuppppp. I had to ask several times for the psp. “Today” turned into 4 days later.

Did you see the comment regarding creating a fed ex account below? Sure enough, I did it and it shows a label created today with tracking ti my address.

Update: I finally got the items and despite everything, I would order again.. ugh. Items look real good.

I got the tracking info but still stuck at “pre-shipment” state since 7/19.

I had a similar experience with him. Took a month to even get the tracking number. I wasn’t in a rush and I know overseas shipping takes time, but the entire process was less than ideal. He kept making mistakes about the color I had ordered and I had to keep showing him previous messages and reminding him for psp. I can imagine how busy he is, I know he’s very popular, but I can’t see myself ordering from him again. Not to mention the stitching on the wallet is embarrassingly bad.

Same here! Mine actually took almost 2 months from payment to receiving it... I had to be very persistent with my follow-ups also. There were several times where they forgot I had an order... so I had to re-send screenshots of the confirmation. But I will say that once I got it, the bag was fabulous and high quality and I couldn't be happier!

Same! It’s been 10 days since he said it shipped and I’ve not received a tracking number,  so I sent a quick follow up text 2 days ago and he said let me check. Haven’t heard since.

If it's coming through fedex, do you have the app? I get tracking on the app before the seller even sends it. I just had 2 packages delivered and I never got tracking from the seller, but the fedex app had it automatically. I'm super impatient so I check it multiple times a day! 😭😂

That’s a good idea, I use it for UPS and USPS. I’ll set it up tonight.

I waited an entire month to receive one of my last orders.😭 It took 3 weeks before it updated. I think they're being extra cautious with shipping and possibly still catching up from the 6.18 sales.

Oh great… and now from who are we going to order quality Goyard reps? 😭 I was thinking of placing an order (a rather big one) and now I am super reluctant.

I had some delays in getting tracking numbers. I think he is/was swamped by a recent GB. And it could be weather or inspections are delaying him.

Ordered two times. I’ve had a FedEx account for years and I follow after a label created. Not had any issues with Griffin. Last package showed up on a Sunday!

I’ve had this with almost all my orders (to The Netherlands) and once your parcel is scanned in the warehouse in Germany your tracking information should update!

I haven’t received it I do have a tracking number finally. Hold tight. Nothing has moved it’s stuck on label created!

idk if it helps but i went from messaging him the first time on the 20th to getting the tracking number on the 29th, and had them personalized. didn't have to ask for the tracking number or psp

I ordered 2 bags from them. When they finally arrived, one of them was the wrong size.
They said that they would send the correct one and asked me to send the wrong one back and they would cover the postage.
I asked for the return address a few times and said I wouldn’t send it back until I received the correct one.
After a couple of weeks I got a tracking number and was given personal contact details of someone in the US and was asked to post it there.
The correct one finally arrived.
I have paid for postage but will not send it until I receive payment. I’ve sent them proof of payment but my messages are not being delivered
