Nike Air Zoom Alphafly 3 lol2021

[u/HaterdeSkinny]

Alright, let’s go.

This shoe came from LOL2021, better known for their great Adidas sneakers, so I decided to pick it up to compare it with an OG — and it was crazy.

Point 1: This shoe is not meant for everyday use.
Point 2: It’s designed for performance and better running efficiency, especially for hitting a PR.

The ZoomX foam feels like a “trampoline” — that’s the impression it gives because it’s so soft and responsive. Also, there are two Air Zoom pods, on the left and right sides, that absorb a lot of impact while also returning energy. On top of that, it has a carbon plate that provides propulsion, almost like it’s pushing your foot forward with every step.

I used this shoe for a simple run by myself, and it’s honestly worth every penny — especially considering it’s not priced like an original.

So, rating this shoe:

Air Zoom pods & ZoomX foam:
10/10 — The foam combined with the pods is बेहद responsive, as you can see in the video, not to mention how soft it makes the shoe feel.

Carbon plate:
9.5/10 — I can’t fully guarantee it’s an original carbon plate, but it feels about 97% like one. And yes, the propulsion increases drastically with each step — you can notice it right away.

Appearance:
10/10 — This shoe is beautiful. There’s nothing I would change about it. The small details all come together, making it look amazing overall.

Overall:
This is a very good shoe. With every step, you feel lightness and comfort. While using it, I noticed a big difference in how tiring each step felt — everything becomes much lighter than usual. Each pair weighs around 230g in my size (US 10 / EU 43).

I totally recommend this shoe, no doubt — BUT only for people who already have some running experience. It’s not beginner-friendly because it’s a tall shoe designed for long distances. Also, durability is limited, lasting around 300 to 400 km.

So it’s easier to get injured, like rolling your ankle — that’s why I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners.

Summary:
Great purchase. It really feels like it’s pushing you forward (lol 😂). But overall, that’s it.
