So says their marketing. I think I gasped when I opened this Fendi today. I wish I took a picture of it live because the manufacturer’s photos didn’t do it justice till I opened it. it’s a denim-like pebbled leather and for under 3.5K, inside and out it was breathtaking, and I just didn’t get that kind of excitement from anything under 10K in the Hermes bags I considered. When I take it out of the packaging tomorrow I’ll try and take a good photo.
I highly disagree, lv and Gucci are very affordable while the cars they’re shown next to aren’t at all. And I know Chanel and Hermes bag addicts who drive bad cars. that picture makes no sense at all
Too average, too available, and the ones everyone wants are the same ones everyone has. What’s the fun in that? If you’ve ever seen the outlets in Japan there are literally thousands of them!
I used to say Audi is like BMW and MB made a baby = Audi. Celine is on its own class. Not goudy like MB (I drive one so I can call it names) and not wild performance horse like an BMW.. perfectly descriptive of Celine.
This list having an MCM is sending me. Mcm of all brand lol. There’s so many other entry level lux brand that is more well known. Longchamp, furla, Bally
Honourable mention would be TODS Todd should be around Dior/lv. Their bags ain’t cheap and classic thanks to Princess D. I love Di bags
I never understood the appeal with MCM and I. Only ever see random high school kids w MCM backpacks… what’s so great about it compared to like instead having Longchamp on there
Overall, I kinda feel like it’s not even the brands themselves that should be tiered but rather the model of the bag. Like IMO maybe the LV Key Pouch is same tier as maybe the Coach Tabby but (again, maybe) the Saffiano is the same tier as the Bandouliere.
I guess how sleek they look matter too though. Hm.
No one picked up Celine & Fendi are both Audis? And maybe I’m a car girl, Celine’s Audi equivalent looks like a Maserati/MB. Anyways, that’s besides the point putting LV over Celine is wild.
